Advanced safeguards workshop for brazilian ABACC inspectors
November 7th to 9th, 2023, the “Advanced Safeguards Workshop” was held at ABACC headquarters, Rio de Janeiro. The event was attended by 10 senior Brazilian inspectors. The program was designed to encourage discussions, among and with participants, on topics such as safeguards approaches, material diversion scenarios and accounting discrepancies, results acceptance criteria, examination and verification of design information, containment and surveillance and NDA techniques, among others.
