Participation of ABACC Officer at the 2017 Carnegie International Nuclear Policy Conference

At the invitation of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, Mrs. Sonia Fernández Moreno, the Planning and Evaluation Officer from ABACC, will give a lecture at the panel “2017 Carnegie International Nuclear Policy Conference”, on March 20, 2017. The topics to be considered will be non-proliferation and international safeguards.
