Message from ABACC for the 54th Anniversary of the Treaty of Tlatelolco
On February 15, OPANAL (Organization for the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons in Latin America and the Caribbean), together with its Member States, organized a webinar in celebration of the 54th anniversary of the Treaty of Tlatelolco (Treaty for the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons in America Latin America and the Caribbean).
The event was moderated by the President of the OPANAL Council and aimed to promote the importance of the Treaty of Tlatelolco as a key element for the disarmament and non-proliferation regime. The ABACC Secretariat, Elena Maceiras, participated in the event and sent a video message.
