IAEA Safeguards Officers visit ABACC

Sergey Zykov and Roger Jean Lafolie, of the Technical Support Division of the Department of Safeguards, of the International Atomic Energy Agency, visited ABACC on 10 May 2011. Several aspects of the ABACC/IAEA interaction in the joint inspections were discussed. They had the opportunity to visit the ABACC Technical Support and see the developments that are being performed in the areas of containment and inspection, remote monitoring and destructive analysis.
