ABACC was invited to the XXVII Session of the General Conference of the Agency for the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons in Latin America and the Caribbean (OPANAL)
On September 30, ABACC participated as an observer in the XXVII Session of the General Conference of the Agency for the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons in Latin America and the Caribbean (OPANAL). On the occasion, the Secretary of ABACC, Ms. Elena Maceiras, made a statement under the agenda item “Interventions by Member States and Observers.”
